At Bright Hearts & Souls, we have only a few acceptance criteria:

1. 60 days sober/completed a treatment program/in outpatient treatment
2. Pass a UA test upon move-in
3. Follow house rules and participate in household chores
4. Able to pay the program fee (we can help connect you to support agencies)
5. We accept those on medically assisted treatment (MAT) (must be able to take your own medication)
6. We do not take sex offenders

Each home may cater to a particular demographic. For example, each of our homes is gender-specific and may additionally serve a specific demographic or age group, such as a home just for veterans or seniors.

• Every home is fully furnished with spacious living and common areas, personally assigned storage, and closets.
• All utilities are included.
• Conveniently located near bus lines, churches, gyms, Safeway, restaurants, and main city buildings like the courthouse.
• Provided amenities include sheets, comforters, pillows, soap, and laundry detergent.
• Equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and a welcome basket.
• Features a TV in the common room and Wi-Fi access.
• Tech-assisted program to track recovery goals.
• Access to a washer/dryer and shared computer.
• Naloxone/Narcan available on-site.
• Entertainment options include puzzles, board games, and books.
• Stocked dry pantry and life training sessions on resume building, finance management, and conflict resolution through mentorship.
• Referrals to counseling services when needed.
• Offers a safe sober living environment and the opportunity to build new healthy relationships.
• Breakfast and lunch meals provided.
• Assigned staff coach for personalized support.
